W-Flying club is a nonprofit flying club started by Steve and Jack Walters. It was established as an LLC so it could manage and offer fractional ownership's in a number of aircraft.

After flying for 5 years, Steve Walters realized that flying just one type of aircraft was not enough to fulfill the different kinds of flying he wanted to do. He rationalized that other pilots might feel the same way. This is how the concept of a “fractional owner “ club became a reality.

The W-Flying Club is based on the concept of limited members per plane. An individual may however, have limited membership in several aircraft, giving the person the flexibility to fly “low and slow” or “get up and go”... everything from tail draggers to high speed single engine retractable.
To facilitate the use of the planes, the club has developed an easy-to-use, on line scheduling program so you will always know the status of an airplane. The club is dedicated to owning and operating high quality aircraft.

The club currently has:
1. A Cessna 170. A reliable fun to fly utility aircraft.
2. A Mooney M20C - at better than 20 miles per gallon it may be the most     affordable high performance plane ever made.
3. The club is currently interested in an Aeronca Champ or a Taylorcraft, 2     of the most fun to fly aeroplanes ever made, and they are among the     cheapest per hour production planes ever made.
4. Another interest is a Cessna 210 or Piper Saratoga, for those who want    to fly farther and carry more people or baggage.
